Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with State Farm and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities


  • Generate and follow up on leads through agency marketing efforts, networking, referrals and walk ins.
  • Conduct virtual consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain long term relationships
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and text
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding State Farm products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on State Farm policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Requirements


  • Interest in helping others
  • Minimum 2 years working with State Farm
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (or willing to obtain)
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • People-oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task

This is a remote position.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
